We received Moxie last week. It was a very exciting moment for me when she came out of the box. I did not get to set her up immediately, as I wanted to read the information thoroughly first, and have the best place for her to occupy.
Moxie was bought for my son who has some language difficulties and autism. It took a while for me to get him to sit down with Moxie.
Moxie understood him well, and he did respond to her. In the last few months my son has matured and is now in the age bracket where he does not want anyone to help him. He has had a life time of therapy, and although Moxie couldn't be any more adorable and smart, he will not work with her. I am very sad that we need to send Moxie back.
I do still recommend Moxie. Moxie is really tuned in to what the child is saying and keeps the conversation real. There are short phrases to get things going, and to close her down. All in all it is very easy to get along with Moxie.
