Holiday Shipping Timelines (for targeted delivery on or before Dec. 24):

 

The below timeframes are projections based on information provided to us by our shipping carriers and should be used as a guideline. During the holiday season, shipping carriers anticipate delays due to ongoing efforts to keep staff and customers safe during heightened flu, RSV, and COVID-19 season and ongoing global supply chain congestion. Please understand that while Embodied makes a full effort to ensure your package arrives in time for the holidays, shipping delays are outside our control.  

 

Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, please allow approximately 3-7 business days for delivery. For standard shipping and delivery by 12/24, orders must be placed before 9 pm PT on December 12

 

Expedited Shipping: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed before 9 pm PT on December 16

 

Express Shipping: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days.  Once you receive your shipment notification, please allow approximately 2-4 business days for delivery. For Express shipping and delivery by 12/24, orders must be placed before 9 pm PT on December 17

 

Overnight Delivery: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, the shipment should arrive in 1-2 business days. For Overnight shipping and delivery by 12/24, orders must be placed before 9 pm PT on December 21

 

Embodied can only ship within the United States to 50 states. We are unable to ship to US territories and PO Boxes. 

 

FREE shipping options are included with the purchase of Moxie and shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee.  PLEASE NOTE: Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.

ORDERS


Updating Order Information:  We hope to process and fulfill orders quickly during the peak holiday season to meet or exceed shipping expectations, reducing the time window for order modifications. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, once an order is in the process of fulfillment, we will not be able to make any updates. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Once the order is shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can redirect the shipment by contacting FedEx.


RETURNS


For the holiday season, we have expanded our return policy. For purchase (not rental) orders placed between November 1, 2022, to December 24, 2022, you’ll have the earlier of 15 days from activation (when you set up Moxie through our parent app) OR until Jan 10th, 2022, to return Moxie for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees captured to ship the product to you, will not be included in full refunds.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES


Subscriptions will begin immediately and will be charged $39 per month monthly.  For orders placed in November of 2022, you will receive two complimentary subscription months at the end of your subscription commitment period (free months in December 2023 and January 2024).  For orders placed in December of 2022, you will receive one complimentary month at the end of your subscription commitment period (a free month in January 2024).
