Holiday 2021 FAQ

SHIPPING:

Holiday Shipping Timelines (for delivery on or before Dec. 24):
The below timeframes are projections based on information provided to us from our shipping carriers and should be used as a guideline. During the holiday season, shipping carriers are seeing some delays due to ongoing efforts to keep staff and customers safe during Covid-19, as well as global supply chain congestion. Please understand that while Embodied makes full effort to ensure your package arrives in time for the holidays, delivery delays due to weather, carrier staffing issues, or supply chain back-ups are out of our control. As always, please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, please allow approximately 2-7 business days for delivery. For standard shipping, orders must be placed before 6pm PT on December 12.

Expedited Shipping: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, please allow approximately 1-3 business days for delivery. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed before 6pm PT on December 16. Available for purchases only (rental excluded).

Express Shipping: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, please allow approximately 1-2 business days for delivery. For Express shipping, orders must be placed before 6pm PT on December 19. Available for purchases only (rental excluded).

Overnight Delivery: Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. Once you receive your shipment notification, shipment should arrive the following business day. For Overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12pm PT on December 22. Available for purchases only (rental excluded).

Embodied can only ship within the United States to 50 states. We are unable to ship to US territories and PO Boxes.

FREE Standard and Expedited Shipping is included with purchase of Moxie. Express and Overnight shipping will incur an additional cost.

Please note that due to the value of Moxie, a signature at delivery will be requested. For more information about signature requirements, please visit the FedEx signature requirements page (updated regularly with Covid-19 process modifications).

If you are not home when Moxie gets delivered, shipping carriers typically re-attempt delivery up to 3 times. On the first 2 times they should leave a slip on the door to let you know that an attempt has been made, with instructions if you need to change the delivery date, or schedule a pickup.

ORDERS

Updating Order Information: While we will do our best to accommodate changes, once an order is in the process of fulfillment, we will not be able to make any updates. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when your order is placed.

RETURNS

For the holiday season, we have expanded our return policy. For orders placed during November 1, 2021 to December 24, 2021, you’ll have the earlier of 30 days from activation (when you set up Moxie through our parent app) OR until Jan 31, 2022 to return Moxie.
