Position Summary

We are looking for full-time Jr. Performance Designers to support our team using the company's in-house tools to create, review, and modify vocal, animated, and physical character performances for the company's first robot designed to help kids (ages 5-10) with social emotional learning (SEL). Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong communication skills and a good sense of judgment regarding conversation, speech, and character performance.

If you've had experience in animation, theater, or games, and have a passion for creating playful content for social impact, this might be the job for you! If you believe that every day can be better through lifelong learning, we'd like to hear from you. Candidates who are comfortable working with game creation tool sets like Unity or Unreal, or tools for interactive narrative, like Twine, preferred.

Jr. Performance Designers may also have the opportunity to work in design, scripting, creative brainstorming, content development, programming, or general audio/visual asset creation to support ongoing production efforts. More details on our project at www.embodied.com.
