How reservations work
A reservation purchase provides you with early private access to our exclusive preorder launch which opened in February 2021. This special order period will be open to those who have purchased a reservation. During this time you’ll be able to preorder Moxie or should you decide to change your mind, you can submit a request for a refund of your reservation fee. After this special order period is over, orders will open to the general public. Please note that we can only ship Moxie within the United States.
Does a reservation guarantee I’ll be able to purchase Moxie?
Holding a reservation does not guarantee purchase. Our quantities are limited, so preorders will be on a first come, first served basis. If you are unable to order from our first production run, then you can still be on our list for the opportunity to preorder when the next batch of quantities becomes available or you can request a refund of your reservation fee.
How will the reservation work?
You will be sent a notification with information about the early private access. This will be sent to the email address you provided with your reservation order. The notification will include directions and details on when the early access will be available. The exclusive preorder will only be open for a limited time, so we recommend placing your preorder as soon as possible.
Will my $50 reservation fee go towards my purchase?
Yes, when you order Moxie, your order total will reflect a retail price with $50 deducted.
What if I change my mind?
If you no longer wish to purchase Moxie, you can notify our customer service team to request a refund of your reservation fee at any time. Requests for a reservation refund will be available through December 31, 2020. You can submit a request by contacting us at support@embodied.com
