We encourage setup to be completed before the first introduction between Moxie and its new mentor.  Set-up can take up to 30-minutes to allow for the latest software update.

A few things to know about Moxie:

  • Moxie can be a little shy and overwhelmed at first - this robot is still learning about what it means to be a good friend to humans.
  • Welcoming Moxie into your home as a guest, friend, or new family member with patience and kindness will ensure that Moxie feels safe.
  • Each day, Moxie will become more acclimated with its mentor, and the mentor more used to working with Moxie - it's great to remember that we are all learning and growing together!
